Adult Beginner Tap

This high energy class uses continuous movements to grasp the universal concepts of tap and exemplify dance as fitness using musicality, rhythm and syncopation. Whether you are a beginner or haven’t been in a tap class since you were a child.

Belly Dance

Dive into the enchanting world of belly dance with our “Belly Dance Basics” course! This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements of this beautiful and expressive dance form.

Ballet (Open Level)

This class builds on beginner ballet. A continuing class for students who have some knowledge of ballet or have danced as a child and wish to begin again. Class difficulty will be adjusted to a level that is challenging for all.

Beginner Ballet

A basic class that introduces the adult student to the elementary positions of classical ballet. Classes are slow and thorough to ensure proper alignment and understanding. However, we hope to make them fun too for the beginning dancer.

Contemporary Ballet

This class will teach the technique and vocabulary within ballet, while allowing for more freedom in approach and expression. While using ballet steps, we will move through a contemporary lens of focusing on how something feels, using our breath to inspire

Intro to Contemporary

This Contemporary portion will revolve around the focus of overall well-being through contemporary dance. It will combine elements of weight baring, balance, stretching, and imagery with an emphasis on improvisation.

Intro to Jazz

Jazz is one of the most popular forms of dance. Know for its sassy, upbeat and fun nature as well as it’s rhythm, textures and dynamic shapes. Jazz combines techniques of classical ballet and modern along with current forms of popular dance..

Fitness Classes

Barre

This class will appeal especially to former dancers or people who enjoy dancing. Classes will include a combination of traditional ballet, yoga and barre moves. In this class you can sculpt your glutes, legs and core with a combination of lengthening, strengthening, stretching and balance exercises. There is also a movement or dance component in this class. This is not a floor barre class. Barre grip socks recommended.

Pilates HITT

A pilates-inspired HIIT class working the entire body using low impact movements & tabata style training. All levels are welcome!

Stretch and Strengthen

A 30 minute class that will focus on deep stretching to increase flexibility and conditioning exercises to strengthen your body.

Zumba

A fast-paced, high energy dance fitness class that focuses on Latin music and Latin rhythms while also incorporating popular music. Introduces a variety of musical artists and dance moves to improve confidence, coordination, and burn a large number of calories.

Zumba (Gold)

ZUMBA GOLD® is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success.

Tai Chi & Yoga

Hatha Yoga

We will focus on the physical practice with various asanas (poses). The use of breath techniques will be introduced to deepen within the poses and to increase focus, and concentration. Beginners are welcome!

Tai Chi & Qigong

Qigong can be thought of as a movement you do for a certain situation, as opposed to tai chi form, which is a series of movements that work on the entire body in a flowing sequence.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a unique fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Strength Training, designed to build strength and endurance, sculpt your body, boost your energy, and rejuvenate your spirit.

Yin Yoga

A relaxing class where ligaments and tendons are stressed properly by holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes on the floor. Blocks and blankets are utilized for support.
