THE PROGRAM

How does this program work?

We are holding classes via Zoom! To access the class, use Mindbody just like you would a typical class. You’ll receive a Zoom online class link via email no later than five minutes before class time.

We will hold online classes from various categories including mind-body, cardio, and dance. The online classes we offer are yoga, Tai Chi, ballet, tap, barre, and CardioSculpt.

Join us for any class any time with unlimited live classes for the entire month!

Get all the classes all the time. Don’t worry about missing your favorite class. You can watch a recorded class at any time.

*Please Note: you must register for the classes in-studio or virtually at least 2 hours in advance. Anyone coming in for a virtual class needs to sign in 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

About Our Programs:

Yoga

We offer Beginner’s Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Improve your flexibility, strength, and mind. Yoga is a great stand-alone workout or can be combined with other programs.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness class that incorporates Latin music and Latin rhythms and a great way to get in shape. Come in and see what a fun and easy class this is!

Tai Chi

Tai-Chi is a Chinese martial arts practiced for its health benefits and self-defense. This series of mind-body moves is often described as meditation in motion.

Barre

A combination of ballet postures and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. The barre is used for balance and focuses on high-reps and small movements. It’s an effective all-around workout!

Dance

We are currently offering Ballet and Tap. No experience required and we encourage those who have never danced before to join our fun and supportive environment.

Cardio Sculpt

An intense cardio-focused set of exercises. Unlike traditional cardio, we throw in body sculpting exercises to build strength and tone muscles.
